Anna’s Oranges and honey

  1. Peel oranges to below pith over a bowl to collect juice that may drop.
  2. Slice into 1/4 inch rounds and lay on plate.
  3. Mix saved juice with honey, cinnamon, mint, and pour over oranges.
  4. Sprinkle with pistachios before serving

1 Tbls honey

1 Tbls chopped fresh mint

1 oz shelled pistachios roughly chopped
