Yes, peel and cut into wedges. Put in big pot or bowl.
Boil water separately and then pour over potatoes. Let stand for 15 min (put a lid on).
Drain the water and dry off the potatoes. They have to be dry, paper towel or kitchen towel.
Then pour back into bowl which has been dried out and add olive oil to cover the potato wedges.
Put canola oil on a baking sheet and then place potatoes on it. Add salt flakes. Into oven at 450 for 20 min. once out you could sprinkle rosemary on top.
