Fruit salad with fresh Ginger


1 red grapefruit

1 mango

1 small pineapple

1 banana

1 lemon- juiced

2 inches fresh ginger


  1. Slice the fruit, keeping the juices
  2. mix together with lemon juice and the preserved juices
  3. grate the ginger on top and mix
  4. let marinate for 2 hours in fridge, and serve with mint garnish
