Roasted Lamb


6 pound lamb loin

8 cloves garlic

1/2 cup whole grain Dijon mustard

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white wine

2 tbls lemon juice

Nonstick veggie oil spray

Fresh Rosemary

Fresh Italian Parsley


  1.  marinate lamb overnight with the above
  2. Bring to room temperature for one hour before grilling
  3. Grill in oven at broil for 25 mins on each side for well done
